A mostra fotogr\u00e1fica Bichos do Sul, realizada em parceria com o SESC Santa Catarina, j\u00e1 foi exibida em dez cidades catarinenses e at\u00e9 agora j\u00e1 foi vista por 41.166 visitantes. Este ano ela vai circular por Palho\u00e7a, Itaja\u00ed, Urubici, Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa e Joa\u00e7aba.<\/p>\n
Este projeto foi concebido pelo fot\u00f3grafo Z\u00e9 Paiva a convite de Valdemir Klamt, coordenador da \u00e1rea de educa\u00e7\u00e3o do SESC SC. O conceito central da mostra \u00e9 proporcionar o conhecimento dos animais silvestres do sul do Brasil principalmente para as crian\u00e7as da rede escolar, p\u00fablico alvo da mostra.<\/p>\n
A mostra \u00e9 formada pelas doze fotos abaixo e mais seis pain\u00e9is de textos com informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os animais escritos pela bi\u00f3loga e escritora M\u00e1rcia Riederer (autora do livro “Animals of our land<\/a>“). Cada um dos\u00a0pain\u00e9is de texto cont\u00e9m tamb\u00e9m uma frase do naturalista alem\u00e3o Fritz M\u00fcller, que viveu no Brasil no s\u00e9culo XIX.<\/p>\n Confira abaixo as fotos e o texto de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do autor e curador Z\u00e9 Paiva.<\/p>\n Segunda feira 25\/01\/2016 a mostra poder\u00e1 ser vista na inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o do SESC Palho\u00e7a em Santa Catarina<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 partir das 20 horas.<\/p>\n\n Until the Renaissance, many scientists were also artists and vice versa. A well-known example was Leonardo Da Vinci (1452 \u2013 1519), a mix of scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, poet and musician. Especially after the Industrial Revolution, society began to increasingly specialize and thus science and art became increasingly dissociated.<\/p>\n Nesta exposi\u00e7\u00e3o buscamos aglutinar a arte da fotografia ao conhecimento cientifico sobre os animais retratados. Para tanto buscamos inspira\u00e7\u00e3o no naturalista alem\u00e3o Fritz M\u00fcller, que al\u00e9m de cientista era poeta, fil\u00f3sofo, professor, m\u00e9dico, agricultor e ex\u00edmio desenhista.<\/p>\n In Brazil, we know more about African animals than about those native to our country. This exhibition seeks to fill this gap by displaying animals from the southern region: some rare, others more common, some threatened with extinction, others not, some better known, others less so, but all capable of captivating our sympathy.<\/p>\n All animals are part of an immense web called nature, which is not something dissociated from our world, whether we live in urban areas or not. On the contrary, all the balance of life on Earth depends on nature, because everything on the planet is interconnected. We call this ecology, from the Latin oikos <\/em>\u2013 home and logos \u2013 <\/em>study, <\/em>, a science that studies the interactions between organisms and their environment.<\/p>\n Every animal, from the enormous whale to the tiny ant, has its role in this web of life. Our survival on the planet depends on this balance, because for life to be possible we need water, air, and food. We also have a place in this web of life, in all of our daily actions.
